As long as it smells okay and the color isn't changing, you should be okay to eat it!.

Cook it past medium rare to be safe!.

First of all, check the smell of the meat!. I f there is no foul smell after rinsing it , then it's OK!. I would go ahead and grill it all, eat what i want now, and then maybe breaking it down into meals and freezing the rest!. Like for instance, cutting into small square chunks and placing them in freezer bags!. That would go great with some wide noodles, brown gravy and fresh garlic veggies!. That's just one of many meals that you can do!. GO AHEAD AND ENJOY YOUR SIRLOIN!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can usually tell by the color or smell if it is off!. I should think it would be okay for today, but not after that!.
