1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)!.

4 potatoes, cut into French fries
3 tbsp!. butter
1 1/2 tsp!. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp!. minced onion
1/2 c!. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 c!. half & half

Place potatoes in a foil lined pan!. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over potatoes!. Bake, covered, with foil at 375 degrees for 1 hour!.

I also reccomend blanching the potatoes for a few minutes before baking, it will make them cook faster and will not burn as easily!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What I do, I use "Idaho" potatoes with the skin, slice the long way!. Beat egg whites only dredge in mixture!. add cajon spice salt then bake in oven at 425 degrees turning often to brown!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
