No milk or ice cream, so you must be dairy free for some reason!.!.!. can you have the non dairy whipped toppings like cool whip!? One of the easiest desserts ever is to gently mix chocolate syrup with a container of cool whip and you have a generic/hybrid version of chocolate mousse!. You can even freeze this and it is a nice refreshing treat!. It is surprisingly good! Even a local restaurant made it this way and served it!. LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com
Here are three recipes calling for significant amounts of chocolate syrup!. Death by chocolate takes a cup!.

I'm not sure about freezing the leftover syrup!.!.!. you could try it!. Did you put cornstarch in it!? That might affect it a little!. Either way you're going to want to use it within a month or so even if you freeze it!. It would also keep in the fridge for at least a week I'd think!.
I make a mocha every morning for breakfast and garnish it with whipping cream and chocolate syrup!. So you could continue to use the syrup as a coffee flavoring for awhile too!.
Hope this helps! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you may be able to freeze it but it depends on what you made the syrup from- cocoa powder and!.!.!.!.!.!? Coffee and chocolate syrup sounds like something that would be good to jazz up a box of brownie mix or a chocolate bundt cake in my opinion!. I would stir it into the brownie batter or add some powdered sugar and use to make a drizzle for the bundt!. Sorry these aren't frozen desserts though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just refrigerate for later use!.!.!.delicious on ice cream, over cake, pancakes, biscuits, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
