How long should I cook the ribs if I am using the oven instead of the grill?!


Question: How long should I cook the ribs if I am using the oven instead of the grill!?
I like well cooked ribs, like meat falling off the bones!. How long should I cook them for if I am using the oven instead of the grill!? 400 or 450 degrees!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It could be at about 425 for about 30 to 40 mins!. depending on how much you are cooking !.!.!.!.this is for about 3 to 4 pounds!. BUT if you like them well cooked falling off the bone and you have time!.!.!.!.!.cook them on 300!.!.!.for about 1 hour and 30 mins!.!.!.!.!.SLOW and LOWWww@FoodAQ@Com

4!.5 hours to 5 hour @ 250 degrees!.!.!.!.!.
Then increase the temp to 450 degrees for another half hour max

450 degrees and i usually cook them for 2 or 2 and a half hours lol hope this helps :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
