Vegetable Dip Recipes?!
I want to make a veggie dip!. I would like the only creamy product to be sour cream because it's all I have!. And please try and keep it healthy, Im on a weight watchers diet and I need a way to spruce up my veggies!. Thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Instructions

you can use sour cream if you like or you can make a tofu sour cream
1 pack mori nu tofu
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
puree till smooth tofu salt and garlic powder
slowly add lemon juice or water till you get consistancy of sour cream!. lemon juice is more close to sour!.
now take this tofu sour cream and add your favorite herbs
personally fresh sweet basil works wonderful pruee till smooth!.
or make a ranch dressing using 1 tsp of italian seasioning and blend for 1 min on med high!. add about 1/4 cup lemon juice if you like the flavor or vinigar if not!. lemon is better for you health wise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there is that package of ranch powder that you mix with sour cream!.
it goes so well with cucumbers, you could probably dice up a bunch and use crackers or bagel chips to dig in!. i've also had it with 2-3 diced jalapenoes (depends on whether you want it spicy) in it, which are extremely high in vitamin C!. you could do both and probably combine in any manner of other stuff!. fresh spinach sounds good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1(8oz) reduced fat cream cheese
1(8oz) fat free plain yogurt
1 (8oz) can crushed pinepple(drained well)
1/2 c c splenda sweetner
put all these in a food processor and blend

hidden valley ranch makes a good ranch dip for veggies it comes in powder form and you just add it to your sour cream you can find it in the salad dressing aisle (just make sure it says dip,they also sell a salad dressing)Www@FoodAQ@Com
My old go-to recipe is on the box of Knorr - spinach or spinach leek dip etc!.
