If you are careful to "not overwork" the bread, you will probably be okay, but to be on the safe side I'd sub half whole wheat with half bread flour!. The whole wheat will not be as high in gluten!.
I have done this in a pinch!. Unless you went to a specialty store and bought some baking quality bread flour or bought a specialty brand, it is probably not "the highest" gluten level flour anyway!. Most of the big brands like Gold Medal sell bread flour that is higher in gluten than all purpose, but not the "highest quality" bread flour with the highest quality of hard wheat!.
And Mykeyel's right, you will need to back off on the flour amount just a touch, especially if you sub half whole wheat in as I suggested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you'll be fine!. I've done this many times!. I've used bread flour to make biscuits, banana bread, muffins etc!. I did this because I picked up a 25 pound sack of bread flour rather than AP flour at Costco!. It's an hour from my home so I used it for everything!.
You might want to cut the amount of bread flour you are using!.
I sort of figured this out through experiment so I'm not sure if there are standard amounts for this substitution!. I take out about a tablespoon per cup of flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
