Question: Please!.!.!. I Need Help with making fruit stuff!.!.!.!?
Well heres the story, in my house i used to bake goodies and stuff and sell them for like 25-50 cents!. My family would buy them and i would send the money to charity and keep a little for my self!. This time, i want to make cool fruit stuff like fruit salads and tasty fruit drinks!. If you can please give me a link to where i could find recipes like this!. Thank You soooo much! :D

Sophia, I applaud your time and effort & giving the money to charity!. May I suggest, with the rise in food costs, you raise the price to about $2!.00 or more!. One of my fave classics is a waldorf salad - grapes, chopped apples, chopped celery, chopped walnuts & a dressing of mayo & sour cream or lemon yogurt!. There are several recipes on the web!. This is Easy!. Make one big batch and seperate into smaller cups and sell them that way!. Put the "chips" in litle baggies to go with it! ENJOY!!! Do not sell for !.50, sell for more!. Everything costs more now-a-days!


Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips --



INGREDIENTS
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups cinnamon sugar



DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves!. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes!.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray!. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet!. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar!. Spray again with cooking spray!.
Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes!. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges!. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes!. Serve with chilled fruit mixture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
