Question: Does anyone have some low calorie recipes I can take to work!?
I am tired of sandwiches and was looking for like a one dish thing I am going to do vanilla yogurt with fruit and top it with a little granola that I can mix at home!.
I eat at my desk so it has to be a quick heat up in the microwave or something that can be eaten coldWww@FoodAQ@Com

Leftover grilled chicken breast from dinner is always welcome!.
You can make it like a Subway salad by filling your plastic
container with lettuce, piling on your favorite veggies and
either slicing up your chicken or if using deli chicken, put three
slices together and roll them up and then slicing into 1 inch
rolls to put on top!.Then put your dressing in a small cup with
a lid and you're good to go!.Variety depends on what is leftover in your fridge and what's in season!.Crackers are optional!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
