What is a very flavorful and simple dry seasoning mix without salt/sodium?!

any seasoning mix i make i leave out the salt because its not needed and it usually makes up half of the total volume in the recipe!. heres' several examples without salt!.
Emeril’s Essence (Creole Seasoning)

2 ? Tbs!. paprika
2 Tbs!. garlic powder
1 Tbs!. black pepper
1 Tbs!. onion powder
1 Tbs!. cayenne pepper
1 Tbs!. dried leaf oregano
1 Tbs!. dried Thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container!. Makes about 2/3 cup
Fish taco seasoning
1 Tbs!. granulated garlic
? tsp!. paprika
? tsp!. red pepper flakes
1 Tbs!. cilantro
? tsp!. black pepper
? tsp!. cumin
? tsp!. oregano
? tsp!. coriander
1/8 tsp!. allspice
1/8 tsp!. ground cloves
In a zip-lock bag, combine all ingredients and shake to mix well!. Makes enough for 5 pounds of fish!.
To use: add ? cup warm water and 2 Tbs!. oil per pound of fish and ? of seasoning!. Marinate fish 10 to 15 minutes then fry in a Dutch oven until fish is opaque!.

Mrs!. Dash brand has a lot of different seasoning combos w/o salt quite tasty (I find I use more than I think I'll need & it works out)!.
