Question: What can I use instead of eggs in a cookie recipe!?
I already mixed my crisco sugar and brown sugar and realised I have no eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Last time I made chocolate chip cookies and didn't have eggs I used 3 tb of water for the 2 eggs!. I also realised I had no chocolate chips so the cookies came out like flat sugar cookies made with brown sugar!.

My sister is a vegan(she doesn't eat meat or drink milk) but she LOVES cupcakes!. She got this book called Vegan with a Vengeance, and it told her not only how to make cupcakes without eggs,but substitute many other things! The secret is!.!.!.Tofu!! Three Tablespoons of Silken Tofu equals one egg!. You can also use pudding or apple sauce!. I hope you find this helpful!

Fruity Delight Cupcakes

1 pack of Orange cake mix!.
A jar of Maraschino Cherries
2 Oranges
A box of instant pudding in lemon flavor
Coconut frosting
2 cups of soy milk,or rice milk, or regular milk if you aren't vegan
2 Tablespoons Silken Tofu(you can use 2 Tablespoons applesauce or 1 mashed banana instead)

Get two bowls!. Make the pudding in one!. Let set!. Then, in the other bowl,add the cake mix,the milk, and the tofu!.Then, put in the pudding!. Mix on high for 2 min!.
Get 2 cupcake pans!. Put cups in them and put about one Tablespoon of batter in each cup!. Add one Maraschino cherry to each cup!. Push it in to the batter!.Take a orange!. put some zest into each cup!.Then,split the orange and squeeze some juice into each cup!.Repeat with next orange for other pan!.
Follow the baking directions on the box of mix!. After baking,let cool and frost with coconut frosting and add a little zest if there is any left!. ENJOY! I hope you like these!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Refrigerate the batter!. Find the car keys!. Eggs are the emulsifier in cookie dough and NOTHING can be successfully substituted for them!. Without them, the cookies will crumble and you can eat them with a spoon only after baking!.

you can use soaked flax seeds, or apple sauce, or even a smooshed up banana!. depending on the type of oil, you can use that too!. any vegetable oil with not much flavor will work just fine!. eggs are there to keep the cookies together, so sticky slipery stuff worksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Milk about the same amout as the eggs add slowly till it look right, or 1/2 level tsp baking powder with a little water or yogurt will work again add till it look rightWww@FoodAQ@Com
