Cooking pork chops & I'm 14 help!?!
My mom told me to make dinner tonight and she took out pork chops!. Please explain to me step by step so I don't mess it up and what to use!.

Pre-heat the oven to 350!.
Sprinkle the chops with salt,pepper and garlic powder or fresh crushed garlic!.
Put foil on a pan and place chops on top, drizzle a bit of oil on the chops and let bake for about 30 minutes, but check inbetween the time in case it is finished in less time!.
Poke holes in potatos and pop in the microwave for 5 minutes or until done!.
Slighty open up the potatos and sprinkle, cheese, sliced onions, bacon, butter!.

1 can of Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup
Salt & Pepper to taste

Get big white onion and slice it up!.
Put a tablespoon of margarine or butter in frying pan til starts to melt!. Add onion!. Fry til lightly brown, add chops!. Should be middle heat so they are cooking fairly fast!. Then turn chops over if nicely browned and cook other side!.
Microwave potatoes on high 7 minutes if 2 or 3 large - make sure you wash them well and poke with fork!.
Add mushroom soup to pan with onions and chops!. Add half can of water!. Stir up!. Let cook til it starts bubbling gently!. Turn heat down to low, just so it keeps cooking slowly!.
If you have any fresh or frozen veggies like carrots or broccoli, just add them to pan!. Cover and just let the heat from pan steam them!. If you don't have fresh veggies, but have can of peas or something, add that!.
Put potatoes in same pan to keep warm if needed!.
Serve with the gravy over the potatoes and meat!.

put the tray in the broiler on the second rung down!. it should be about 6 inches from the flame or electric unit!. Cook for 10 minutes!! turn and cook for another 10 minutes - if the chops are half inch thick!. less time if they are thinner!.

green peas: cut a couple slices bacon into small bites, scramble in skillet til cooked crisp!. add the drained can of peas or 2 cups frozen peas and a little water!. stir til peas are hot!. put in serving bowl!.
