Colombian steak and eggs!. My husband and I love it!. Make a pot of yellow rice or white rice!. Get those real thin steaks and season with seasoned salt!. Fry on 7 in oil - half olive oil, half canola oil until browned!. Place in warm pan on back burner!. Reduce heat!. Slice one onion thin and seperate into rings!. Saute onion until carmelized!. Slice one tomato into thin slices!. Prepare two eggs sunny side up or over easy, your choice!. To serve, place a bed of rice on the plate!. Next place the meat!. Then the tomato slices and then the onions!. Top with the egg!. Optional: Service with seasoned pinto beans on the side!.
Fabulous and filling!.
Peruvian version: Instead of rice use French fries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like snack food a lot, I love to eat cinnamon apples which is just what it sounds like, Chop up apples and sprinkle cinnamon on it, and then put some lemon juice on them to keep them fresh longer!. Then mix it up evenly!. Otherwise for dinner i like Spaghetti!.
all i do is put noodles into water and cook them until they are good to eat, put garlic and pepper and some cooking oil in then put meat in a skillet and cook it, then get some tomatos, chop them up and then put it in some plain tomato sauce, put garlic in the tomato sauce and the meat when its done and then add what i want, I also make some garlic butter and put it on some nice italian bread!. heat them up and it's all ready! Maybe a salad or some fruit salad, depending on the season!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love to make chicken quesadillas!. You will need some shredded cheese!. I buy the bag of chedder cheese mixed with monterey jack cheese!. You will also need boneless, skinless chicken breast!. And a tortilla!. First, cook the chicken in a pan on the stove, or on the grill (I use my George Foreman grill)!. When it is half cooked, start seasoning it to taste!. I use Adobo all-purpose seasoning on the back of the chicken!. And, I use black pepper, then seasoning salt on the front!. After the chicken is cooked, the insides should not be pink, I cut it up into pieces about 1 inch long!. Then, I put as much cheese as desired in the middle of the tortilla, and the chicken on top of the cheese!. I fold it!. And I put it on the George Foreman grill, and let it stay until the cheese melts completely!. If you do not have a George Foreman grill, then I suggest using a real grill, or putting it on a skillet on the stove!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
