Very easy!.!.!. use about a half a tbsp of butter to a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (good fat) for 1 package of mushrooms (Baby Portabellos work best) you're gonna want a good sizzle so put pan on moderate to high heat, then add mushrooms and DO NOT SEASON with salt or pepper til later (it will draw out all liquid from mushrooms and they won't get a good color) let 'em do their thing for about 5 minutes then right before you're about to take them off the heat!.!.!. add a pinch of salt, pepper, and i like to kick 'em up with some hot sauce (your discretion) Hope i helped!.!.!. i love to cook!Www@FoodAQ@Com

We like them sauteed in a bit of butter, with ground black pepper and a few splashes of worcestershire sauce, and then finishing them with a splash of lime juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

marinated mushrooms are awesome , marinate them overnight in a little bit of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper then saute the next day and add salt at the endWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you are serving them with steak, splash in some Worcestershire sauce just before you take them off the heat!.
