Hello Ryoma,
Well, when baking and storing cookies, it is always important to read your baking instructions!. The more you bake, the more you will adjust to the different problems in baking!.
It is important to not over bake your cookies!. Sometimes, when my cookies are starting to look done, slightly golden, I will remove them from the oven and let them finish baking on the baking sheet for about two minutes before removing them to a cooling rack!. This helps keep them moist!.
For storing your cookies!. Never store them when they are warm, let them cool first!. When they are cool, you may layer them in a plastic container that has a lid!. You may place wax paper in betwen the layers to separate the cookies!. This prevents them from sticking together!. If you would like your cookies to stay moist, place a piece of bread (plain white bread) in with your cookies!. The cookies will draw moisture from your bread and remain soft!.
I am glad to see you here asking questions!
I hope this has helped you out!
Good Luck!
