How to make delicious healthy lunches in advance?!
As a college student who also works full time, I constantly run into this dilemma: I don't have the energy or time to make meals everyday, and I don't have the funds to eat out everyday!. I'm often gone from my house for 15 hours at a time, and I'm always hungry!.
I usually eat two meals away from home with some sort of snack!. Although many attempts to try it, I cannot survive on just granola bars and top ramen!. My sandwiches turn into slop if I don't eat them the same day!. Frozen food works sometime, but its just as pricey as the drive thru!.
My current job allows me to keep food in its fridge and has a tiny microwave!. I have a car that can store food as well!.
I want to eat as healthy as I can avoiding over-processed foods!.!.!.!.
But I'm used to not getting what I want!.
Is it possible to eat healthy and fresh, and make it advance or in batches!?

Japanese Bento (boxed lunches) could be the answer!. Japanese people eat very healthy and have for centuries been making prepared foods that will last!.

whole foods is really healthy and have great fruits and veggies also they have a section of frozen foods and premade foods like chicken tenders sandwiches, some Mexican food, and so much more!. They also have a salad bar with pasta in it !. Whole foods is very healthy and sounds like it would be a perfect option for u!Www@FoodAQ@Com
i dont think wraps get as soggy!.I would use those instead of bread When you go to fast food grab a couple extra little packets of mayo to put on the wrap once you get to work that way its not as soggy!!
!.In bagged lettuce section they have little containers of celery and fruits w dip and they run about 2!.50 !.!.they also have little to go containers of peanut butter *jif* and those are great w ritz crackers celery!.They also have in a set like 12 little bags of carrots!.its organic!.!.!.walmart salad section is wonderful place to fnd new things!.
fresh market has tons of salads sandwishes and things prepared!.!.!.!.walk in and order!.!.we got hot crab dip a pepperidge farm crackers!.!.(i cant send that often all the other people at his work want a dip too)
its cold yet filling its in meat dept!.
pistachios and sunflower nuts are wonderful also!!
