Does this recipe idea sound good, or do you think it sounds like a mess?!
I am going to take some chicken wings, discard the tips, and cut them into drumettes!. I am going to marinade them for about 30 minutes in a mixture of seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, taco seasoning, lime juice and olive oil!. Then I am going to saute some onion in olive oil, in a skillet similar to a wok, and add the chicken!. I am going to cook them until they are brown!. Once they are done I am going to sprinkle them with fresh cilantro!. Does this sound like something that will work!? I’ve never really tried to pan-fry chicken without flour or batter!. Do you think they will get done or will I end up having to bake them for a while!? Can you recommend any type of sauce to put on the, or should I leave them plain!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Those are a good combo of spices together for a Tex-Mex flavor!. I use that combo for a few things I fix such as Briskit, fajhitta, blackened redfish, etc!. Using the taco seasoning sounds like the touch this recipe will make you famous!. I would add it a little at a time because you may decide that ya don't need the whole pack!.
You can cook them that way, but I think they gonna be moist not crispy because of the marinade (lemon juice-olive oil) AND because you are gonna add them to the skillet in the saute juices!. Almost sounds like ya may wanna cover them and simmer until cooked thro after browning them about 15 minutes!.
These are gonna make their own sauce!. Sounds good! How about some Mexican rice with that and flour tortillas!? Maybe open a can of black beans, add a little sherry, crushed black pepper, salt, saute a small amount of carrot, celery, onion and stir that in there!.!.!.you won't know it's canned!.
Garnish with cilantro, sliced green onion, jack cheese, sour cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Without flour or any kind of batter, the seasonings may burn before your chicken has a chance to cook!. All those seaonings and the cilantro are all really strong flavors, none of them will be distingushed!. You may be better of eliminating some of the ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I wouldn't put it in so many flavorings!. Take out the powders!. Just dip it in some bbq sauce or something!. You sound like you have really good ideas though for cooking!. Try a dessert or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
That's a lot of spices;-} I hope you'll like them!.
You'll need to toss them to cook all sides & right through!.
Buffalo wings are either deep-fried or baked in a pizza oven!.
You could try hot pepper sauce instead or powders!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
