Question: Do you use a Favorite Cucumber and Vinegar recipe!?
My neighbor gave us some fresh cucumbers!. Dad wants me to put them in vinegar!. I tried that once, and they were really bitter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my mom used to make cucumbers and onions in a cream sauce!.!.!.!.oh my god!.!.!.yum!.!.wish i was having that right now o k recipe as follows :
1 med!. cucumber (sliced)
1/2 c!. Miracle Whip
1 tsp!. sugar
1 tbsp!. vinegar
1 sm!. onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste

Place cucumbers, and onion in medium bowl!. Mix all other ingredients, (if you need to, you can add a few drops milk)!. Pour over cucumbers and mix well, refrigerate!. If serving immediately, slice cucumbers thin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
6 small onions, sliced
1 teaspoon mustard seed
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 cup white sugar
3 cups distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup coarse salt
6 cucumbers, sliced

DIRECTIONS:
In a large pan, combine the onions, mustard seed, turmeric and celery seed!.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, vinegar and salt!. Bring to a boil!. Pour the boiling mixture into the pan with the onion mixture!.
Add the cucumber slices!. Pack into sterile jars!. Refrigerate for 2 weeks before eating

you mean like make pickles!? if you're gonna store them for a while then use this recipe:

1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved!. slice cucumbers and put into a jar or airtight container!. pour liquid over the cucumbers and seal the container!. they are ready to eat after 2 days!.


if you want to eat them fresh then use this recipe:

3 cucumbers
1 onion
3 tbsp!. fresh herb of your choice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp!. olive oil
salt and pepper

slice your cukes and onions!. chop your fresh herbs and then mix all together in a bowl with vinegar and oil!. season with salt and pepper!. mmmmm!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're going to eat them in a few days !.!.!.
Mix up 1 cup vinegar with 1 cup sugar!. Then add 1 cup veggie oil!. (The order is important so the oil doesn't stop the vinegar from dissolving the sugar!.) Cut the cukes on the diagonal and soak up in this mix for at least an hour before serving!.

no you can dribble alittle vinegar on them!. but you must cut the edges of the cucumber and rub so all the soarness comes out!. then you wash!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
