INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 ounce) package whipped
cream cheese

Make a grilled sandwich panini! YUM!
Put Olive oil on the inside of the bread, rub some fresh garlic clove on it, put some nice cheese on it, some meat (fresh deli turkey maybe!?) the onion and the tomato and grill it!.
If you have a panini maker or a George Foreman Grill, that would be perfect too!.!.!. YUMM!
(You could also take the onion out, and just use tomato, mozzarella and fresh herbs; and add jam as well

1 1/2 c spinach, Sauteed !.
4 tbsps olive oil !.
7 oz mozzarella cheese, Slice !.

7 oz gorgonzola, Crumbled
Directions
Thaw dough!.
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees F!.
Divide the dough into two!.
On a floured surface, either pat down or roll this into two 10-11 inch circles!.
Place one circle on an oiled cookie sheet, & then sprinkle the cheese evenly over its surface!.
Spread the spinach across the top, & then cover with the remaining circle!.
Using your fingertips, carefully press the edges together!.
Create dimples across the top surface using your fingertips, & drizzle over with the oil!.
Sprinkle top the salt & rosemary on top!.
Bake for about 30 mins or until golden brown!.
Serve warm!.
Variation: Try stuffing the focaccia with thinly sliced tomatoes & basil leaves, any type of deli meat & Fontina cheese, or simply a mixture of your favorite Italian cheeses!.

hm, one of my favs is take left over cold meat, like steak or roast and pile it on toasted, buttered bread with a sharp cheese and some sauted onions!. that's really really yummy

they sell a cranberry-mustard (boar's head) that pretty tastey with turkey!.!.!.
edit: I just remembered!.!.when my mom was little she did spaghetti sandwiches, which was you take the buttered white bread you have with dinner and pile your spaghetti and sauce on top, fold like a taco, and enjoy!. 2 - medium onions, sliced
1 - round Focaccia breads (10 to 12 inches in diameter), cut horizontally in half
8 - slices (1 ounces each) provolone or Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350oF!.
1)In a large skillet over medium to low heat, melt butter!.
2)Add in the onions and sauté, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until onions are brown and caramelized!.
3)When done, remove from heat!.
4)Place half of the cheese on bottom half of Focaccia bread!.
5)Top with onions and remaining cheese!.

1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts

2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)
2 Tablespoons apple juice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill!. Serve with a lettuce garnish!.

In a small skillet over medium heat, grill sandwich until meat is heated through and cheese has melted!.
Portobello Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
4 large portobello mushroom caps
4 hamburger buns
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1 large tomato, sliced
4 leaves lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Turn on broiler, and adjust rack so it is as close to heat source as possible!.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, thyme, vinegar, salt and pepper!.
Put the mushroom caps, bottom side up, in a shallow baking pan!. Brush the caps with 1/2 the dressing!. Put the caps under the broiler, and cook for 5 minutes!.
Turn the caps, and brush with the remaining dressing!. Broil 4 minutes!. Toast the buns lightly !.
