INGREDIENTS:
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen pink
lemonade concentrate

4 cups crushed ice
DIRECTIONS:
1!. In a large punch bowl, mix lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate and cranberry juice!. Add ice and slowly pour in the ginger ale!.
Floating Island Punch
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups water
2 cups white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen

Any punch recipe will be good, but to keep it really cold, buy a 1/2 gallon of juice( that you will use in your punch), pour it into a picher,and freeze the carton with 50% juice and 50% 7-Up, when ready to make your punch,just cut away the paper carton and put the large chunk of ice into the punch bowl,the punch will stay cold for a long time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

freeze at least 2 large amounts of the hi-c to float in the punch to keep it cold!. I used a large heart shaped jello mold to make the juice ice ring for a bridal shower that looked superb!.
mix equal amounts of well chilled juice and soda in a large punch bowl with the frozen chunk and add the whole frozen strawberries!. Stir gently!. I have used low sugar juice and diet soda when my diabetic relatives are guests too!. To add an interesting creaminess, you can have a third of the ingredients be strawberry flavored sherbet and that is very nice too!.

freeze at least 2 large amounts of the hi-c to float in the punch to keep it cold!. I used a large heart shaped jello mold to make the juice ice ring for a bridal shower that looked superb!.
mix equal amounts of well chilled juice and soda in a large punch bowl with the frozen chunk and add the whole frozen strawberries!. Stir gently!. I have used low sugar juice and diet soda when my diabetic relatives are guests too!. To add an interesting creaminess, you can have a third of the ingredients be strawberry flavored sherbet and that is very nice too!.
to keep it cold, you could set the punch bowl in another larger bowl full of crushed ice to help keep it cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
7-Up Punch - (This is a punch that you freeze first, so as the day goes on it unthaws and stays ice cold) You can even add extra frozen berries, or frozen ice cubes made of pineapple juice as the time goes on to keep it cold!.

2 cups Orange juice
Mint leaves

5 Bananas, mashed
Enough 7-Up to stretch it
1 package Frozen strawberries
Mix sugar and water!. Chill!. Add fruit juices!. Add bananas right away!. (That is, don't let the mashed bananas sit!.) Freeze!.
