Yogurt on a bagel???!
So, I was thinking of what I could have for breakfast tomorrow, and I need to finish up my bagels!. And I have some Blueberry Greek Yogurt too!. So I was thinking, how would it be if I put some of the yogurt on my bagel!?!?!? What do you guys think!? Thanks alot!Www@FoodAQ@Com

although, the question is- what kind of bagel are you putting the yogurt on!?!? if it's plain or a simple kind like whole wheat or something, it should be delicious, but if it's like a chocolate chip bagel, i don't know how good that would taste!. haha!.

yogurt has many live cultures very good for your digestive system
bagel is mostly carbs but it is mostly what you need as you look at the food pyramid the bottom (biggest) portion is spaghetti bread bagels etc!. the bagel will give you energy to get your day started!.
