Amazing chocolate chip cookies, or any cookies?!
Hey, anyone have a nice recipe for some gnarly chocolate chip cookies or any cookie recipes!? Im just bored so share your fave cookie recipes with me! I really want to make some cookies lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Melt in your mouth peanut butter cookies
1c!. Shortening
1c!. Brown sugar
1c!. White sugar
2 eggs
1c!. Peanut butter
2 Tablespoons of water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 1/2 c!. Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Package Chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients!. Add eggs, peanut butter and water, Mix & add vanilla!. Mix well and then add chocolate chips!. Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions & Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes!. Yum yum yummy! Trust meeee!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lately I've been craving no bake cookies!. The gooey rich chocolatey kind!.!.!. partly because I leave them in the refrigerator so they're cold and it has been so hot out, and partly because they're just so GOOD!
Here's the recipe I use:
No Bake Cookies
1 & 2/3 cups white sugar
4 heaping Tablespoons Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1 pinch salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan bring sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk, and salt to a rapid boil for 1 minute!.
Add quick cooking oats, peanut butter, and vanilla; mix well!.
Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, and refrigerate until cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Blondies with Chocolate Chips and Walnuts
Ingredients:
Makes 16
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!. Brush an 8-inch square baking pan with butter; line pan with a piece of parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides!. Butter paper!.
In a large bowl, whisk butter and sugars until smooth!. Whisk in egg and vanilla!. Add flour and salt; mix just until moistened (do not overmix)!. Fold in 1/2 cup each chocolate chips and walnuts!. Transfer batter to prepared pan; smooth top!. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and walnuts!.
Bake until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes!. Set pan on a wire rack, and let cool completely!. Using parchment overhang, lift cake from pan and transfer to a cutting board; cut into 16 squares!.

The basic I add fresh 70% cocoa solid chocolate too - chopped plus some cocoa powder (10% - 10% flour)
They are doughy in the middle and crisp on the edge, perfect warm but great cold made on the same day!.
They keep in the fridge as dough for a week so everyday you can have a fresh hot cookie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
