Are there any herbal garlic drinks or ways to eat a lot of garlic every day??!
My doctor told me to incorporate a lot of garlic into my diet to reduce cholesterol/ heart problems and as a natural antibiotic!.

I believe you can by a garlic supplement pill at most health food stores or in the health department of your drug store!.
Other than that, most of the time I use olive oil to cook I add in some crushed garlic!.
While I've never had elevated cholesterol levels I eat a bowl of Cheerios every morning or oatmeal as oat is a great way to keep your levels down!. I also take the One a Day vitamin which is made for keeping levels down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm pretty sure cooking reduces the amount of allicin in the garlic (which is what you want) so go ahead and slice them up and take them in pill form (it sucks but you get used to it)!. If you cannot get it down with regular water!. Take it with plain yogurt!. It eases the garlic down smoothly!.

Cut up garlic and put it in an omelet!. Fresh garlic in salads, on pizza is great to!. Online you can look up a recipe for pesto which is filled with garlic you eat that on chicken or with crackers!. Put it a whole clove with the top cut off in the oven on 400 degrees for an hour with a little bit of olive oli & it can be used to make great spreads!. There is so much you can do with it good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you like spaghetti, pour some oil into a pan and toss in some chopped garlic!. Sautee over med-high heat until golden brown!. take the oil and put it into a cup!. Toss that with your spaghetti!. That's one way, another one that I really like is only good if you like pickles!. If you like pickles, buy pickled garlic!. It's actually really good! If you don't like any of these, there is such thing as garlic pills, however the real thing is better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
