For green chili i cook a small amt of hamburger meat in a pan with a little garlic and onion, then put in diced cooked and pealed green chili with like 1/2 to 1 cup of water and cook that for a little bit if its too watery then i mix a little corn starch with some water and pour that in!.

For red chili i boil chili pods that have already been seeded then once they get soft i put just the pods and like 1 cup of water in the blender with some seasonings and blend it until it is smooth then i boil that just for like 5 minutes again!. The red chili is alot harder to get right than the green!.

for the green you can leave some of the seeds in with it but not alot and usually that'll make it hotter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
