What is your favorite recipe using ground pork?!

Brown the pork in a skillet!. Add 1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1 chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic and one stalk of chopped celery!. Add 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of chicken stock or water!. Put the lid on, bring to a boil, then turn heat to low for 15 minutes!. Then turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes!. Stir and enjoy!.

I would use my beef recipes!.
Meatballs:- Curried
1 lb!. ground beef
2 tsp!. curry powder
1/2 c!. butter
Freshly ground black pepper
1 c!. stuffing mix
Salt to season to taste
Mix beef, curry powder, stuffing mix, salt and pepper together!. Shape into 32 small balls and sauté in butter over high heat for 5 minutes until brown!. Drain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
