Orange Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion
soup mix 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or
to taste
8 chicken thighs
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
2!. In a small bowl, stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, onion soup mix and garlic powder; set aside!. Rinse chicken, and pat dry!. Place chicken thighs into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish!. Pour the orange juice mixture over!.
3!. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven, basting every half hour!. If using boneless chicken, reduce cooking time to 1 hour!.
Super Simple Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
4 bone-in chicken breast
halves, with skin
4 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt

2!. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth!. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts!. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture!. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets!. Use as much butter as you want!. Spread potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray!. Can put French Fry Seasoning on them, or any other seasonings!. Bake in pre-heated 400 oven for 20 minutes or until browned!.

Qaesadillas, 1 teaspoon of oil in a non stick skillet medium heat* place a flour tortilla(large size) in the pan use a handful of cheese evenly sprinkled then put a cooked mixture of mushrooms, bell pepper, black olives and onions evenly on top then sprinkle with cheese again place the 2nd tortilla on top of that and press firmly all over the qaesadillas, carefully* flip it over cook for another minute pressing and remove, I use a pizza cutter to cut into triangles like a pizza, 1 of those is enough for 2 people by the way, and serve with a pico de gallo which is 1 tomato diced, 1 red onion diced, a handfull of cilantro chopped fine (throw out the stems) and juice of 1 whole lime and 1/2 teaspoon salt!. also you can heat up 1 large can of refried beans and top with cheese and green onion and sour cream!. you can buy a graham cracker pie crust premade and line it with bannas and peices of heath bar then pour over it a pudding cooked from a mix on top of the stove (no instant) sprinkle the remaining peices on top and cover with whipped marshmellow(from a jar sold at the store)Www@FoodAQ@Com
