Answers:
Yes, you can grill liver (we've actually had people who otherwise didn't like liver but do like it grilled)!. We coat it lightly with olive oil and season lightly with salt and fresh ground pepper!. Then grill for about 3-5 minutes per side (depending on the thickness) over a direct-medium fire on a covered grill!.

Along with it we like to cut 3/4" thick onion slices (either put on skewers or insert toothpicks to hold them together), season with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and grill right along with the liver!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good luck with that!.!.!. yes, you can grill it, but it isn't going to taste that great!. But, here's an idea!. Make a foil packet for it, butter the inside of it, surround the liver with onions and spices, THEN grill it!. You'll have something halfway decent tastewise, and even less smell because until the foil packet is opened you shouldn't get much smell!.!. Just make sure the foil gets opened outside, okay!?

But of course I'm probably way too late answering this question, right!? Oh well, if you saved the liver for tomorrow then this might help!. lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
