I want to start cooking at home but I don't know what?!

Question: I want to start cooking at home but I don't know what!?
The only things I generally make at home are salads and cans of soup (I know canned soup isn't really cooking!.!.!.)!. Lately I've been feeling like I haven't been getting in my nutritional needs!. I think cooking at home would help this!. I don't really enjoy salads, and would choose a Lean Cuisine over certain salads every day!. I don't enjoy a salad that has carrots or tomatoes, or anything like that!. My choice of salad!? Caesar!. That's about it!.!.!. And I realize it sucks!. The other problem with cooking at home for me is that I feel like the items I'd like to cook will be either time consuming or cost too much to buy the ingredients!.

Do you guys know of any method or book or something that has delicious, nutritional recipes, that don't take a whole lot of time and are generally fairly cheap!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
