I haven't made these dishes and I just simply made them up!. I hope they aren't gross or too weird!. Be honest with me and tell me what you chefs think!. Thanks!

you could do these!. instead of the vanilla wafers, use oreo cookies and top with strawberry filling and bananas instead of cherry filling
Mini Cheesecakes
INGREDIENTS:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream
cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla
wafers
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie
filling
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Line miniature muffin tins (tassie pans) with miniature paper liners!.
2!. Crush the vanilla wafers and place 1/2 tablespoon of the crushed vanilla wafers into the paper lined miniature muffin tins!.
3!. Cream together with an electric mixer the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla!. Fill each miniature muffin liner with this mixture, almost to the top!.
4!. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes!. Cool and then top with a teaspoonful of cherry (or any other flavor) pie filling!.
and heres a recipe that you could use for steak enchiladas!. just fill with whatever type of steak you want!.
Shredded Beef Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds beef chuck roast
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups beef broth
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 large onion, chopped 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped
green chile peppers
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups sour cream
3 cups shredded Monterey
Jack cheese, divided
1 cup oil for frying
20 (6 inch) corn tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Place roast in a large saucepan that has a tight-fitting lid!. Pour in water, cover, and simmer on low for 30 minutes!. Increase heat to medium/high, and brown the roast on all sides!. Once the water has boiled away, pour in the beef broth, vinegar, chili powder and 1 tablespoon of cumin!. Cover tightly and reduce heat to low!. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the beef falls apart when you try to pick it up!. Shred the beef, using 2 forks or your fingers!. Place shredded beef back into the saucepan with all the juices, and let cool to room temperature!.
2!. In a large skillet, saute the onion until just soft, not browned!. Mix in flour and green chilies!. Stir constantly for 2 minutes to cook the flour taste out!. Stir in sour cream and 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese!. Cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the cheese is all melted and mixed!. Set aside and let cool!.
3!. In a large heavy skillet, heat the olive oil!. Using tongs dip the tortillas, one at a time, into the oil for 30 seconds each side!. Drain on paper towels!.
4!. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!. Spread 4 tablespoons of sour cream mixture down the center of the tortilla!. Top with about the same amount of beef!. Roll up and place seam side down in one or two 8x11 inch baking dish!. Repeat for each tortilla!. Continue until you are out of the filling!. Sprinkle with remaining Monterey Jack cheese!.

the chesse cake idea is not to bad but id prefer that less is more only use 1 either starwberry ,bannana or oreo adding maby a spice or herb like mint with the strawberry or white choc &oreo and well bannana is just to good by its self if u have a basic cheese cake recipe then just add to the mix

im not sure about the enchiladas, but the cheesecake sounded good!. Maybe using the oreos as the crust, and making a basic cheesecake and putting the strawberries and bananas on top!?!?!? it would sound great THAT way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
12 Oreo cookies, divided
1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
3/4 cup hot fudge, warmed, divided
2 bananas, sliced, divided
1 pint strawberry ice cream, softened
Cool Whip Topping, thawed, for garnish
maraschino cherry (with stems for garnish)
pie crust
22 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
1Mix 22 Oreo crushed cookies and butter in medium bowl for crust!.
2Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate!.
3Finely chop 8 cookies; set aside!.
4Halve remaining 4 cookies; set aside!.
5Spread chocolate ice cream into pie crust!.
6Freeze 30 minutes or until ice cream is firm!.
7Drizzle half the fudge sauce over ice cream!.
8Top with finely chopped cookies and half the banana slices!. Carefully spread strawberry ice cream over banana slices!.
9Stand cookie halves around edge of pie!.
10Top with remaining fudge sauce and remaining banana slices!.
11Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm!.

We had a little steak left over and since it wasn't big enough for the whole family I came up with these
SERVES 4 , 4 large enchiladas (change servings and units)
Change to: large enchiladas US Metric

Ingredients
cooking spray
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup cooked steak, cut in 1/4-inch - 1/2-inch dice
15 ounces black beans, rinsed
1 1/3 ounces taco seasoning mix
2 ears fresh corn, kernals cut off, approx 1 1/4 cup
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
2 cups prepared enchilada sauce
40 inches flour tortillas
Directions
1Coat a 9 X 9 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside!.
2Coat a medium sized skillet with cooking spray and saute onions until softened!.
3Put in steak, rinsed black beans and taco seasoning mix with water (should say on package-if not around 2/3 cup)!.
4Cook until mixture is thickened!.
5Add corn kernals and 1 cup of cheese and mix well!.
6Spoon 1/4 of the mixture into the center of each tortilla and roll up!.
7Place enchiladas seam side down in the prepared baking dish!.
8Preheat oven to 350oF!.
9Pour enchilada sauce over the enchiladas making sure to cover the tortillas and top with remaining cheese!.
10Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly!.
11Note: These can be frozen ahead by preparing the enchiladas through #7, bagging in a kit, the sauce in one bag, enchiladas separate, and cheese topping!.
12If you are cooking from the freezer, thaw in the refrigerator, top with sauces and bake as directed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
