Question: I need a healthy recipe using these ingridents for lunch!?
Hey there, so I need to make a healthy lunch!. (I'mc hanging my dieitng ways!.) anyways, I have the following!. : Pea pods, baby carrots, Spagehttie squash, green squash, peppers, tomatomes, bread, and chicken breast!. ANy ideas!? I don't know what to make!. :/Www@FoodAQ@Com

Girl, you can experiment quite a bit with those!.
You can cut them in bite size pieces and bake them with olive oil, garlic, black pepper, some balsamic vinegar, and even cheese (cheese is healthy)!. Just bake the vegetables, not the chicken!.
Then saute the chicken with spring onions or just plain onions and garlic!. You can add a little soy sauce to it!. If you have it, add basil and cilantro, and even fresh oregano to the chicken!. Adds flavor and also healthy!.
You can have it with any bread of your choice!.
If you want to have it with rice (brown), saute the vegetables and chicken with tomatoes and onion!.
Oh I can go on and on!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

make a delicous salad, you don't necessarily need lettuce but if you had any that would be great!. A salad is the best you can do I think!. Bake or grill the chicken breast and then cut it into strips!. dice the baby carrots and chop the tomatoes into chunks!. Slice the squashs and bake(microwave if in a hurry) in olive oil!. Slice the peppers!. For the bread you can make croutons by cutting it into little cubes and maybe put some spices on it if you have it and throw them in the oven till they are crispy!. then just throw it all together!.

Oh, or you can make a chicken sandwich!. and have baby carrots and pea pods on the side and put everything else on the sandwich (between the bread obviously)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would saute the pea pods, carrots, squash and chopped tomatoes in a little olive oil (got garlic!?), bake the spaghetti squash and "shred", make some breadcrumbs (seasoned) and bread chicken and fry in olive oil!. Sounds like you have a nutritious chicken parmesan (sometimes I don't even use cheese in my "parmesan")

also, you can back some chicken and steam some Pea pods, and leave the rest for some snacks (remember to limit your carbs!.!. bread)

scoop out the spaghetti squash and top with all the veggies and cut up chicken, sprinkle with cheese if you have any!. You can smash the tomatoes and mix with sour cream or a little milk and some seasonings for a kind of sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take all the veggies and fry em up in a pan with some butter!. Cut the chicken up and cook it with the veggies!. Eat almost like a stir fry!. Omit the bread, you dont need it, save the calories for another meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com
