Does anyone have a recipe for a creamy garlic sauce?!
I once had dinner at a restaurant, the main was scotch fillet, veges with a creamy garlic sauce, it was tasty and sweet and definatley creamy, does anyone have a similar recipe they are willing to share!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 1/2 cup water, divided
* 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
* salt and pepper to taste
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
1!. Pour half of the water into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat!. Add the garlic and garlic powder, and boil until the water has almost evaporated, about 5 minutes!. Stir in the heavy cream, parsley, salt, and pepper!. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining water, and stir into the sauce!. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
