What is an O.K substitute for Bailey's?!

Question: What is an O!.K substitute for Bailey's!?
I am making Bailey's Irish Cream chocolate mousse and it calls for, duh, Bailey's Irish Cream!. My boyfriends family are pretty strict members of the LDS Church, Mormons, and even if I burn off all the alcohol, my boyfriend has advised that I not put it in the mousse!. What could I use instead to still give it a nice flavour!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
