Tips on baking chicken?!

Question: Tips on baking chicken!?
Hey there, so I nrmally poach my chicken!. I use boneless, skinless chicken breast, well needless to say, I gave it a try, I cooked it at 450 F for 20 minutes, it was all pink, so I let it cook a bit longer, I gave up once it was still pink after another few minutes of cooking and I poached it, any tips to make it taste nice and tender!? Or wahtever!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No matter how you season your chicken, I have found that the trick to tender juicy chicken is to cover it with foil for the first hour of baking at 350 F!. Check and see if it is still pink, if it is cover it and cook it a bit longer!. Once it is cooked through uncover and turn oven up to 450 F for about 10 minutes!. This will allow the outside to get a good texture while the inside stays tender and juicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Preheated to 375 it should take about thirty minutes in a regular oven for boneless skinless breasts!. Try not to open the oven too often!. It will cool down and it will take time to heat back up!. It probably cooled down the first time you took it out and didn't have a chance to get hot again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bake mine with all the spices and add some water to the pan then bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a small chicken!. Keep basting it and add water if necessary to keep the moisture in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marinate it in Italian dressing for a few hours or overnight if possible!. Put in the oven @ 350 degrees for about 1 hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Baking chicken can take at least an hour!. You just have to be patient!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Too high a temp!. Bake @ 350, no higher for about 40 - 45 mins!. Add some wine or broth, last 10 mins!. and cover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
