Which method is healthier?!
Should I fry my sausage and potatoes, or make them into a casserole with a cream of mushroom/sour cream sauce and bake it!? Which would be a healthier option!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The healthy option is PORTION CONTROL!!!
It doesn't matter at all which method you use for sausage and potatoes, they are healthy if you use good ingredients!. It just matters that you don't eat more than ONE portion!!!
3 oz cooked meats
1/2 cup each cooked veggies!.
in this case that would be about 2/3 cup to 3/4 cup per serving!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

fry the sausages, then drain the oil, fill the pan with water and pierce the sausages and boil them at a low boil for 5 minutes!.
that will get rid of most of the grease!.

frying may be healthier just use olive oil instead of vegetable oil, its much better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
