Loose it....?!
i need to loose 10 pounds by august 13!. i'm lazy haha and i don't have a gym to work out in and i don't live in a neighbor hood so i can't take walks or anything like that!. i need good yummy food ideas and recipes that are easy to make i don't want to go to any links and dite plans and anything like that are out of the question! i want to do this the old fashion way!. (healthy ways) not only do i need recipes i need regular foods that don't need to be cooked! plz help me out!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, if you don't want to cook, then, salads are the thing for you!. Just about any veggie or fruit can be made into a salad!. Add a little protein like lean meat , eggs or cheese and a low cal dressing like vinegar or lemon juice!. Wella, you are in business! Here is one of my favorites!.
Delicious Apple and Cottage Cheese Salad
1 apple, washed and diced into bite sized pieces
1 cup cottage cheese of your choice
1 to 2 tablespoons raisins
1 to 2 tablespoons pecans or walnuts
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip salad dressing
