Question: Recipe help, please!? Mom's B'day!?
I want to make a creamy chocolate pie like Hershey's Fudge-Bottomed Chocolate Layer Pie, however i need marshmallows and I can't get any before her b'day!.( is there any other recipe like it!?) So here is another recipe i was thinking of but I want to add whipped cream to the mix, do you think it will result in a creamy chocolate pie even with eggs!?

I don't want a custard chocolate pie I want a creamy chocolate pie please help!. I want mom's b'day pie to be delicious!.

Note: I don't have any cream cheese either, just whats( Ialso have Hershy's unsweetened chocolate coco for baking) the recipe below!. I hope I have given you all a good idea of want i can work with and hopefully you can help me find a good recipe!. (still will take whatever chocolate pie recipe you can give me except peanut butter mom's allergic, not really but she says that ever time she see anything with peanut butter!. LOL)

16 CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg!. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Crush cookies in resealable plastic bag until fine crumbs form!. Mix 1-1/2 cups of the crumbs with butter; press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-in!. pie plate to form crust!. Reserve remaining crumbs for later use!.
Add milk to pudding mix in a medium bowl; beat with wire whisk 2 min!. Gently stir in whipped topping!.
Spoon into crust!. Refrigerate 30 min!. or until set!. Top with reserved cookie crumbs just before serving!.
Yield: 8 servings


OR

Ingredients
- 1 pre baked pie crust - nine inch
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping - more for garnish
- chocolate shavings - for garnish




Silky smooth and ultra creamy, this no-bake pie is so easy to prepare and so delicious!.


Directions
In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar!. Blend well!.
Melt the chocolate on medium low in a small saucepan!.
Once melted, add the butter mixture and vanilla and blend!.
Add the eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition!.
Remove mixing bowl from the mixer and fold in 2 cups of non dairy whipped cream!.
Pour into a baked pie shell and garnish with whipped cream or non dairy whipped cream and chocolate shavings!.
Refrigerate until set!.

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 9" pie crust
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 oz!. square melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
2 (1-oz!.) squares melted semisweet chocolate, cooled
1-1/2 tsp!. vanilla
2 pasteurized eggs
pinch salt
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation:
Blind bake and cool 9" single pie crust!. Set aside!.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy!. Blend in chocolates, vanilla, and salt!. One at a time, add eggs, beating five minutes after each addition, a total of 10 minutes!.

In small bowl, combine cream with powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form!. Fold into chocolate mixture!. Pour filling into pie shell and chill 4 hours before serving!. 8 servingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie --very easy

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

In microwave dish combine chocolate chips and 1/2 of the cream!. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth!. Cool to room temperature!. Stir in sugar & vanilla!. Set aside!.
In small bowl, beat the rest of the cream until soft peaks form!. Beat in chocolate mixture on high speed 1/3 at a time!. mix well and spoon into crust!.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 cup water, divided
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
baked pie crust or purchased crumb crust, 9-inch
Preparation:
Mix cocoa and flour in top of a double boiler over hot water and whisk in about half of the 1 cup of water, just enough to make a smooth paste!. Blend in the sugar and the beaten egg yolks and add remaining water and milk!. Cook over low until the mixture is thick; add butter and vanilla!. Pour into baked pie crust!. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping, or use the egg whites to make a meringue!. Chill thoroughly!.

Velvet Chocolate Pie
1 8-inch (6 oz!.) prepared chocolate crumb crust
1 3/4 cups (11!.5-oz!. pkg!.) NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 pkg!. (8 oz!.) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
2 oz!. NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar(s), made into curls *
Chopped nuts (optional)
MICROWAVE morsels in a medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 1 minute; STIR!. The morsels may retain some of their original shape!. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted!. Cool to room temperature!. BEAT melted chocolate, cream cheese and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until light in color!. Fold in whipped cream!. Spoon into crust!. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm!. Top with sweetened whipped cream, chocolate curls and nuts!.
