Answers:
Cold cuts/ lunchmeat would be great for a young person to serve a family!. She could arrange the lunch meat on a big plate or even roll each piece of meat short of like a hotdog and put a toothpick in it to hold its shape!. That would make it look special!. She could arrange slices of cheese around the plate on the outside and then put the rolled up lunchmeats in the center!. If she has lettuce, she could tear the lettuce up and put it in bowls!. No need for her to use a knife for any of this!. Have bread and butter on the table, too!.

Set the table for the family, put a glass of water with ice at each setting, a bowl with lettuce on each place, put the meat and cheese plate in the center surrounded by some apples and oranges!. IF there is no salad dressing in the house, then mix 1/2 cup of ketchup with 1/4 cup of mayonaise and that will be a mock italian dressing!. This would be greatly appreciated by a stressed out mom and is safe enough for a child to do without sharp tools or turning on stoves!. And besides, it is so hot!.!. a meal like this is more refreshing than something warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure what a pizza pie is or if your mom is comfortable letting your little sis use a knife or stove but what i would do is chop up some of her favorite fruits (apples, kiwi, mango, orange, strawberries, whatever she likes that would most likely taste good together) and then put them on top of a salad, with some dressing!. Then maybe put a pizza pie (even though I don't know what that is), in the oven right before you or your mom leave, that way she only has to get it out and turn the oven off!. This is a really healthy meal, but again, i'm not sure what your mom is comfortable having her doing!. Some quickie alternatives might be something like, cereal, or a microwaveable meal that you go pick up now, hope that helps!.!.!.!.

good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
