Has anyone else in the world eaten farmer sausage?!
I live in Manitoba Canada, and I'm starting to get the impression nobody knows what Farmer Sausage is! Not the same as Koulbasa, Italien or Polish sausage, but red, smoked farmer sausage! Did you love it!? Do you have any creative ideas besides my usual Farmer sausage, perogies and corn dinner!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you talking "smoked sausage"!? Yes, many times!. I grew up in a PA Dutch area!. We would bake it and serve with boiled potatoes, baked acorn squash, corn pudding salad w/ hot bacon dressing, or most anything, usually a Fall dinner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
love it, but i can't find it, lately(ne ohio)!. it's usually called amish sausage around here, and it's also good for breakfast with eggs, home fries, and pancakes!. now i'm definitely hungry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
