Answers:
Yes my dear they do - open the stove, look up to the top you will see coils!. Turn the dial to broil!. Good idea to use the top rack and leave the door ajar while broiling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A lot of electric stoves (ovens) have a broiler setting!. You'll want to use a "broiler pan", often supplied in the bottom drawer, unless the last person to move out took theirs with them!. If you don't have a broiler pan, what you can use is a cake pan with either a steamer rack in the bottom of the pan, or skewers (however that can make a mess at times, unless you know the stove is level)!. If you're just wanting to buy a new broiler pan, I would say probably walmart or an actual kitchen store would have them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

LONDON BROIL

1 London Broil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (No!. 2) can tomato sauce with herbs
3 carrots, chopped into bite-size pieces
5 potatoes, quartered
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tbsp!. flour
Salt and pepper

Shake flour in browning bag!. Salt and pepper London Broil and add to browning bag!. Place carrots around London Broil!. Mix tomato sauce with herbs, cream of mushroom soup and a little water in saucepan!. Pour over meat!. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees!. Remove from oven and add potatoes and green pepper!. Bake another hour at 350 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

London broil is a braising meat not one that should be cooked quickly in a hot over under a broiler!. you will have the toughest piece of meat ever!. that cut is a muscle and will be tough I would suggest a slow cooker /crock pot OR pressure cooker !. the broiler method my disappoint youWww@FoodAQ@Com

They usually do, but if you don't see it in the actual oven, check below the oven section and see if its down there!. I didn't think they did that in electric, but sure enough they do!. Took me six months to figure that out at my old apartment!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The broiler is usually the element at the top of the ovenbox!. Set the broilerpan on the rack at the highest position and keep an eye on the meat!. The ovendoor should also be slightly open!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes they do!. Turn the dial to broil and put the oven rack on the highest level it will go!. Broil away!.

BTW, just because it's london broil doesn't mean you have to broil it!. Frying it will work just fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
