Question: Cookie recipe!? have you got a delicious recipe!?!?!?
i feel like being a cute little house wife today :D so i want our home to smell like chocolate chip cookies and have them ready for my fiancee when he gets home from work!. now i have found recipes online but some have syrup in them some have egg, some dont, what do i do!? now remember im only 20 :D so i have never cooked cookies before, ive only just mastered basic things :D!. im english so if you could work in oz that would be great but working in cups is good to!. thank youWww@FoodAQ@Com

I dont think you can make cookies without vanilla! But it's only a flavouring that is added in like tablespoons at a time, so he won't even know it's there!. Here's the recipe I make, it makes them very soft and chewy and my boyfriend absolutely LOVES them!. (He got me an apron that says World's Best Baker" for christmas!)

1!. Cream together 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup packed brown sugar, and 1/2 cup granulated (white) sugar!. Beat in 2 eggs and 1 -1/2 tablespoon vanilla
2!. Combine 2 cups all purpose flour, 1tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt!. Gradually blend into creamed mixture
3!. Stir in 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
4!. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
5!. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Chewy Chocolate chip cookies


INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3!.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars!. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla!. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well!. Fold in chocolate chips!.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets!. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned!.

Awesome Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 cups butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
Cream the butter with the sugar and the honey!. Stir in the eggs and vanilla!. Add the flour and baking soda!. Stir in the chopped candy bars and chopped walnuts!.
Place teaspoon sized cookies about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet!. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cake Mix Cookie
1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
OR
for no egg: 1 Tbsp!. ground flax seed simmered in 3 Tbsp!. water Stir together until thick and gelatinous!.

1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M&M'S, etc!. (anything you like in cookies)

Heat oven to 350 degrees!. Combine cake mix, egg (or substitute), oil, and water!. Beat until well blended!.

Stir in remaining ingredient (s)!.

Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheet!.

Bake for 15 minutes or until done!.

i use this recipe always!. follow it and the cookies will turn out great!

ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2/3 cup butter (softened), 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 package semisweet chocolate chips


1!. preheat oven to 375!.
2!. mix sugars, butter, egg, and vanilla!.
3!. Stir in remaining ingredients!. (should look tan and smooth)
4!. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 in!. apart onto ungreased cookie sheet!. Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes!. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet!. (wax paper is best!.)
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen!.
