BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE
2 (8 oz!.) pkgs!. cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs
1 pt!. sour cream
1 3/4 c!. sugar
2 tsp!. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling, chilled
1 graham cracker pie crust
Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; beat until smooth!. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition!. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla!. Pour into graham cracker pie crust!. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees!. Let cool for 10 minutes!. Combine sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla!. Pour over cheesecake!. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees!. Cool!. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
BLUEBERRY SAUCE
1 cup blueberry, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon tapioca starch or cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

2Preheat oven to 350 F degrees!.
