Answers:
Was your pectin really fresh!? I have used old pectin and my jelly didn't gel!. If your jars are still warm, it's just not ready!. Try putting a jar in the fridge for a while and see how they look in about an hour!.
When you were boiling the jam, did you test it by putting a little hot jam on a cold from-the-freezer saucer and checking for a very slow drip when the saucer is tilted!? If it runs fast, it's not ready yet!. If it forms a blob that runs a little, very slowly, it's ready!.
If none of these worked, you can re-boil the jam and cook it longer and test before jarring!. It's a big pain, but I have done it before and learned my lesson!.
Some recipes don't seem to allow a long enough cooking time!. I have had jelly recipes that say to cook for 20 minutes when they needed about 45 to set right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In some reciepes it can take up to two weeks for it to set!. also, most of the time you need to boil it longer than it calls for!. But don't fret if it doesn't set, just use it as a preserve rather than a jelly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 to 3 hours try tipping the jars upside down ontop of a cloth after you take them out of the pressure pot!. it helps! do this for about 10 mins then set them right side up! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
