Flan, its super easy!. Im a horrible cook but iv had people actually pay me for my flan!. heres the recipe:

6 eggs
1 whole bar of philadelphia cream cheese
1 can of "Lechera"
1 can of "Leche Carnation"(carnation milk)
1 tablespoon of vanilla

you put all this in the blender, but b4 this!. u have to grab the dish where ur gonna bake it, and pour sugar on the bottom of it, u then cook the sugar on the stove until it turns like caramel and make sure its evenly spread out along the whole dish!. once the caramel is hard, then u pour everything from the blender into the dish!. to put it in ur oven, first get a dish that is bigger than where ur going to bake it and fill it with water, u put the smaller dish (with everything inside) into the bigger dish with water!. u leave this in the oven (about 200 degrees) until it gets golden brown!. when its ready, u take it out and wait till it cools down!. once its cool, flip it and its ready!. totally easy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
