Noodles without egg yolks are actually poorer & cheaper!.
That's not the best way to control your weight though!.
Better to buy whole grain pasta;-} but avoid creamy sauces!.
Use a plain tomato sauce, with tuna or cooked ground turkey!.
Use lots of vegetables for good nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are made without yolks, so they have less cholesterol, but aren't tons better for you!. Eating that won't make you lose weight, but it won't be bad for you to eat it!.
The best way to lose weight is to exercise, eat lots of fruits, veggies, and drink a lot of water!. Make sure you have one treat each day (a cookie, etc)!. Studies have shown that people lose more weight if they treat themselves everyday because if they have a rough day they're less likely to fall off the wagon and eat only junk!. Don't drink any soft drinks and try to avoid white breads, pastas, and rice!. Go for whole grains and brown rice!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're lower in fat and cholesterol, but not necessarily healthy!. They're a simple carb, and don't really have any nutritional value to them!. If you toss them with a can of tuna, or some veggies, then it would be a suitable lunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
They are just minus the yolks, which if you're watching your chloresterol, it may help!. But, actually they still contain the same amount of flour, so they are still high in carbs!Www@FoodAQ@Com
