How long do I poach rhubarb for if I'm using it to make jelly? (jell-o)?!

It doesn't take long; about 10 minutes!. Only put a small amount of water in the pan with the rhubarb as it will release a lot as it cooks and you will lose a lot of the flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
