Answers:
If you want beef, cook up some ground beef, drain, add some taco seasoning!. Put your chips on a plate, add the beef, some melted cheese (whatever you want--you can simply melt some Velveeta, or buy the stuff in a can, or make your own by melting a mix of cheeses in the micro) then layer it up with whatever you like--lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, taco sauce!.
OR just put the chips on a plate and add some melted
cheese!.
Somtimes our favorite is to melt the Velvetta with some Rotel and some beanless chili!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OK so no meat at all!? Preheat your oven to 350*!. Then just spread your tortilla chips out on a pan and get some refried beans!. Put the beans in a ziploc bag or icing bag (it makes it really easy) and cut the tip about 1/4" from tip (bigger if you like more beans or they are still a bit chunky)!. Pipe the beans onto each chip if you are looking for pretty or do like I do and just squeeze it as you drizzle it across the pan of chips!. Grab a bag of grated Colby Jack and spread cheese across chips!. I like a lot so I cake it on!. Place in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes!. Check to see if the cheese is all bubbly!. If not heat longer, checking every 2 minutes!.
If you like Jalapenos, you can add them before you put the cheese on or just put them on the side after your done cooking!.
I use the oven because it really doesn't take much time, the chips don't get rubbery and you can make a larger batch at once!.
If you are in a real hurry, use the microwave and a plate instead!.
Hope you enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I get a some cans of nacho cheese, ground beef, diced green chiles and a 5 pound bag of chips and have a hay-day lol!. Sometimes I mix the green chiles (theyre not hot they just have good flavor) in the nacho cheese then put it on my nachos and top with the cooked ground beef, sometimes I just put nacho cheese ontop of nachos and top with El Pato sauce, sometimes guacomole and nacho cheese and a small amount of the beef, sometimes just plain nacho cheese and beef with sour cream and olives!. I also like nacho cheese on my fries with some chili!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
