Does anyone have a very tasty Guacamole dip they could share?!

Question: Does anyone have a very tasty Guacamole dip they could share!?
Everytime I have a bite of some, it seems to taste too bland!. But I can't have real hot and spicy either!. I love Jalapenos as long as the seeds are not included!. also I like the flavors of onion, garlic, lemon/lime juice, bacon, either green chiles or Jalapenos!. I know there is a recipe that has similar ingredients!. It's possible that there is a recipe with some Tequila in it too!. Could you help me!? Thank you!. (I've looked up some recipes on the internet, but nothing really caught my eye)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Off the top of my head my favorite guacamole dip is quite simple:

1+ Avocados!. (about 1/4 per person if it will be light eating, if its just you, obviously you are stuck with one whole avocado since they parish quite quickly I'm telling you the amounts assuming you are using 1-2 avocados, you can add more or less of the amounts below until you've reached a nice combination)
1 fresh lime or lemon- juiced, about 2 Tbls (little less w/ 1 avocado)
1 small/med tomato diced
1 small fresh jalepeno, sliced in half, seeds and stem cut out, !.!.!.!.!.minced finely
sea salt to taste (start with 1/2 tsp, and add 1/8 tsp until satisfied)
pepper--- just a dash
1 1/2 tsp high quality, pure agave, tequila
1-2 Tbls freshly chopped cilantro (varies on taste, I like more, others like less)
1/8 cup small diced onions

slice avocado(s) in half, remove large seed, and skin!. Place in bowl small/med bowl!. Crush with fork until mushy but still slightly lumpy!.
Add lemon juice and salt, stir!.
Add remaining ingredients, taste, add more salt or lemon juice if necessary!.

Eat w/ chips, also great on a freshly sliced turkey+bacon sub using the dip as a spread on the bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the key to good guac is a lot of garlic (fresh minced garlic) and lots of cilantro

i just take some ripe avocados (say 3 - 4), mash them up and add

maybe 4 or 5 cloves of garlic
lime juice and lemon juice (either or both if you have both)
chopped onion, not too much (i prefer red onion)
LOTS of cilantro (fresh would be best but you can use dried)
you can throw in some chopped jalapenos if you want
some people add tomatoes but i don't like tomato so i don't

mix it all up ad there's some great guac (everyone i know has loved my guac so give it a shot)

i don't know exact amounts of everything but you can taste it and adjust to your likingWww@FoodAQ@Com

3 ripe Avocados
3T lime juice
1/2t salt
1 small red onion minced
1 small tomato peeled, seeded and chopped fine
1 clove garlic minced
1 small jalapeno seeded, membrane removed and minced
1 t finely chopped cilantro

This is my recipe!.!.!.Mincing the ingredients helps with melding the flavors throughout the dip!.!.!.playing with the amount of lemon(or lime) and salt added will adjust it to your liking!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pit 2 hass avacodos & smash with a potato masher!.
Mince some garlic, I use jalapenos in a jar (I can't handle a lot of spice) Chop up enough for your taste!. Squeeze one lime into it!. Maybe you could try a little tequila instead of the lime!?
add salt to your taste!. That's it!. Make sure you use the hass avacodo & not those huge ones!.
Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heres what I do: get a pack of RANCH DIP and an avocado-peel the avocado then smash into a bowl, add some sour cream and whip together then add all of ranch packet- if too much flavor add more sour cream- 1 avocado is enough tho!. some people like to add spinach to guacamole but i dont like spinach!. check kraftfoods!.com for dips they usually have interesting ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I personally don't like avocados, but I wanted some chip dip one day and had none so I stole one of my hubby's avocados and experimented a bit!. This is what I came up with and it was really good!. I smashed up the avocado and 1 8oz!. pk of cream cheese!. Then I added a light sprinkling of salt across the top and mixed it in!. Then I used Spanish rice seasoning mix ( I got it in the spices at HEB, but don't remember the brand)!. I just added a little at a time, mixing it in as I went and tasting until it was flavorful enough for me!. You could really use almost any seasoning you have in your kitchen and find something you like!. A bit of lemon pepper would probably be really good!. The best way to experiment would be to mix the cream cheese and avocado together and then make tablespoon sized experiments with flavors you already know you enjoy!. That way if it's terrible, you don't ruin the whole thing!. Good luck! I hope you find something you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
