The best way, in my opinion, is to use your kitchen scissors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i always boil if in some water w/ some spices in it like oregano, cilantro, or seasoned salt!. The fat floats to the top and then you can bake/grill whatever as usual!. It also seems to get done more evenly boiling it a bit first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this may sound weird!.!.!.!.but use a paper towel to help pull the skin off the chicken!.simply lay a piece on the thigh and grab the skin and pull!.!.!.!.you will see what I mean when you do it!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well tell them to stop eating so much
then make them run 5 miles each day

let them do aerobics and stuff

after all that exercise they will be 100% fat free

then you can eat them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use a PARING knife, it works the best!. Just cut it off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

before or after cooking!?

ok, then yes, a paring knife or scissors, just get all the yellowish white off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
