Cube the meat - put it in a 4 or 6 quart crockpot - add enough water to cover the meat - turn it on high and cook for 4 - 4 1/2 hours!. Meat should fall apart - take all the meat out and with 2 forks pull all the chunks apart - set aside - take about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of the beef broth - set aside - pour the rest out!. Put meat and broth back in the crockpot - pour in 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce - let simmer for 10 minutes - and you have beef BBQ!.

You can also add some other ingredients if you want a little different taste: brown sugar, onions, mustard ( makes it a little more tangy ) etc!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would cut it into chunks!. Then in a large pot, or better yet a pressure cooker, put some vegetable oil, brown some garlic, a chopped onion and a couple of chopped tomatoes (or a can of tomato sauce) add salt and pepper, ground cumin!. when everything is very soft add your meat!. Some peas and carrots and any other veggies you like and some pealed and quartered potatoes and one bay leaf!. put some water, about one cup!. cover and let simmer!. You'll have a delicious stew!. get creative with it, add mushrooms, other herbs and spices you like!. Serve on top of rice and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to poke holes in the top of my roast and smear it with crushed garlic!. Add a little salt and pepper and a whole bunch of onion slices!. Wrap the whole thing up in foil and bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour and a half!. If it's thawed, slice it in half lengthwise and put a layer of the onion-&-garlic in the middle, too!. This makes a great roast with killer-good gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
