Can I make brownies from the box without adding the eggs?!
Answers:
When I first saw this question, I thought, "bananas!" but then I was second guessing myself, so I googled it!. I found an interesting article that may help you because I never thought about what the reason for the eggs is in any given recipe, so this could effect the substitute!.

If its because you're out of eggs but still want brownies tonight, you can substitute mayonnaise!. I know, sounds gross!. But that's one of the main ingredients in mayonnaise and works like a charm!. Put in about a spoon for every egg, and reduce your oil by a tablespoon or two!.
Guarantee you won't taste it and you'll still have your brownies!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could substitue apple sauce!. But it would give the brownies a cake-like texture!. I wouldn't recomend it!. You could also use an artificial egg substitute, they sell them in grocery stores usually near the regular eggs (if you can't find it, ask an employee)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
