I think you need to look at a picture of a pizza as you eat something else!.

I suggest popcorn flavored with pizza spices!.

If you really want to go for the pizza, look at California Pizza Kitchen menu options!. They may actually have something you can enjoy!.

Can you eat cheese made from soy!? Perhaps that could be a cheese replacement for taste, although I don't actually know if it melts!. I never tried it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For pizza you can try a white sauce based pizza made with soy milk and an olive oil and flour roux with grilled chicken and roasted garlic, scallions and/ or red onions plus some fresh greens like basil!. for salsa I make my winter salasa from dried chili peppers since I hate those winter harvested green wanna be tomatos!. Just clean and rehydrate those peppers with boiling water run it through the food processor with some of the liquid!. Add sauteed or fresh onions, celery, garlic, fresh herbs like cilantro or basil well not traditonal adds a sweet note and lime is good too!. Cumin powder adds some smokiness and depth of flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow look at all these people who obviously dont know how to cook! or let alone ever worked in a pizzera! Make the dough as usual than there are TONS of different pizza recipes!. My favorite is to prep the dough in your pan and layer a bunch of bbq sauce on it (where the pizza sauce would go) and than fry up a chicken brest a little underdone!. Cut up the semi-raw chicken and plop it on top of ur bbq sauce!. Put it in the oven at 450 for about 12-15 min (or untill u like the look of the crust, darker brown is more crispy) and there you have it a BBQ chicken brest pizza with no cheese ot tomatos!. Salsa is a different story but use fresh veggies and make pico de gayo, just dont use tomatos and you should get the same consistincey of salsa, (try using peas in it also a good substitute)!. Good eating!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would suggest a mango salsa and a BBQ pizza!. Can you eat chicken!? Make pizza the same as usual but use BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce and don't add the cheese!. Top with grilled chicken or your favorite toppings!. Can you use cheese substitutes!? Try that instead or leave it out all together!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pizza is just bread dough with meat & veggies on top!.
But without the tomato & cheese it's pretty boring!.
I've seen a Pesto pizza (olive oil & basil spice)!.
I've seen a spinach & alfredo sauce pizza; but that's cheese!.
Can you find a bottled sauce that you like!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

try a mango salsa!.!. look it up on any of the cooking sites!.!. epicurious!.com, allrecipes!.com, recipezaar!.com, kraftfoods!.com someone should have something!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Umm, I'm sorry, but you don't get to have pizza if you can eat tomatoes and cheese as those are the two main ingredients in pizza!. No offense intended!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I had a sample at my local smiths the other day of a fruit salsa!. I'll try to remember what all went in it!. Hmmmm

Cantelope
Cherries
Nectarines
White Peaches
Fresh Lemon Juice
A little grated lemon zest
Fresh chopped cilantro
Jalepeno pepper seeded and chopped according to personal taste

I think that was it!. It was very tasty and would be very good on chicken salsa, chips or fruit chips (Flat Earth)

Pizza ideas!.

Drizzle on a little olive oil top with some basil, mushrooms, bell peppers, artichoke hearts, chopped basil, olives (green or black), and maybe even a little chicken if you want!. Bake and serve try sprinkling on some red pepper flakes and/or fresh lemon juice!.

Taco Pizza

Use refried beans instead of the tom sauce!. Sprinkle on ground beef or chicken slices and olives and onions!. I normally add cheese here but you don't have to!. There is soy cheese replacer but that's probably what you are thinking of when you say you don;t want tofu cheese!.

When you pull the pizza out of the oven sprinkle on some shredded lettuce, olives and a little more chopped onions if you want!. Then add a little guac and sour cream if you can do it!. Or are you trying to avoid dairy in general!?

B-B-Q pizza would be good but just remember that a lot most b-b-q sauce is tomatoe based, so if you are doing becasue your body can't take tomatoes try just a little bit first!. If you just don't like tomatoes then go ahead with the b-b-q sauce!.

Okay other topping ideas may include!.!.!.!.

Cooked crumbled sausage and spinach, mushrooms directly on the crust!.

1 pint fresh figs, stems removed, sliced to the thickness of a pea!.
1/2 pound Prosciutto di Parma from San Daniele!. Don't you dare use any other kind!.
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
pizza dough

For Pizza Dough: "Start" the yeast by mixing it with the sugar and water for about seven to ten minutes!. Put the yeast, sugar and water mixture in your stand up mixer, fitted with the dough hook!. Flour on the counter and put the dough on the floured surface!. Knead for five minutes!.

Or try this one and once again ignore the cheese

Sunny-Side-Up Pizza with Eggs, Bacon and Asparagus

4 or 5 slices bacon
About 10 thin asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt and pepper
3 eggs
1 ball of whole wheat pizza dough
stone ground cornmeal (optional)
olive oil
1 or 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced and seeded
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Heat a large skillet to medium-high!. Fry the bacon, then remove to a paper towel to drain, leaving a thin layer of fat in the skillet!. Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, stirring often!. Season with salt and pepper and set aside!. Crumble the bacon!.

Roll out the dough according to recipe directions!. Sprinkle the edges with cornmeal if desired!. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the dough and spread evenly!. Top with tomatoes, asparagus and bacon!. Crack an egg into a ramekin or small bowl!. Tip the egg onto the pizza, taking care not to break the yolk!. Repeat with the other two eggs!. The whites will spread and look messy, but it will all look good in the end!. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the pizza!. Transfer onto a pizza stone in a 500 degree oven and bake for 8-12 minutes or until the crust is cooked, the egg whites are set and the yolks are still on the runny side!. Cooking the eggs like this is not an exact science, but the most important thing is to thoroughly cook your dough and have the whites set!. If you want truly runny yolks, try rolling the dough out more thinly than usual so it cooks quickly!.

Remove from the oven and immediately grate some Parmigiano-Reggiano over the top!. Serve right away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dont worry, you still have a lot of options! all of the people who have never had a pizza without tomatoes and cheese are totally missing out! I am lactose intolerant, so i understand the cheese problem!. Personally, I wouldnt use a cheese substitute!. I havnt found any that i like that tastes like actual cheese and they dont melt down well!.

first of all you need a crust!.

you can get a dairy free premade dough at a health food store or a trader joes!. or you can make your own

3-3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 ounces fast rising yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water, very warm
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F!.
In large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt!. Add warm water and olive oil, knead about 5 minutes or until mixture is well combined and forms a ball!. Let dough sit for 10 minutes in a warm place!.
Roll out dough and fit to oiled cookie sheet or pizza pan!. Place in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until very slightly browned!.
Remove from oven and let cool!. Add pizza toppings of your choice!. Return pizza to oven and bake approximately 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted!. Cool, slice, and serve!.

or this one

BBQ chicken pizza

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white spelt flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (non-aluminum)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
1Preheat your oven to 400'F!.
2Place the flour, baking powder and the salt into a bowl!. Make a well in the center and add the water and oil!.
3Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the olive oil and water!. You may want to add a little more water if necessary!.
4Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead it at least for 5-7 minutes!.
5Let the dough rest in an air tight plastic bag while you prepare the toppings for your pizza!.
6Once the toppings are made, set them aside and take the dough out of the plastic bag!.
7Put a tiny bit of oil in the center of your pizza pan and with your hands and finger tips spread the dough to cover the pan!. I use a 12 inch pizza pan!. You could probably stretch it to 15 inches, but it would be a thinner crust!.
8Place your pizza sauce on the dough and then cover with your favorite toppings!.
9Pop it into the preheated oven!. Check it after about 20 minutes to see how the crust is browning!. Some ovens are hotter then others, so this is a good habit to get into!.
